In winter too, Lake Constance enjoys great popularity because of its scenic advantages. Due to the immediate proximity to the Alps and numerous winter resorts, day trips are ideal for winter sports enthusiasts or hiking enthusiasts. There are no limits to your fantasies.

The modern furnished 2-room attic apartment is located in an idyllic and quiet location and impresses with its beautiful lake view of the loggia and the living room and bedroom. The roof terrace is oriented to the south. The apartment is part of a multi-family house, from which it is only a few minutes walk to Lake Constance. Other important facilities of the daily needs such as bakers, butchers, supermarket, restaurants, beach, train station, etc. are within a few hundred meters on foot. With a living area of approx. 51 m² including a sunny roof terrace, the friendly 2-room apartment is ideal for 2 persons. The apartment was renovated in 2017 and has its own garage.

Schön eingerichtet, Sicht auf See, Balkon, ruhig gelegen, ÖV-Tickets für Bus und Bahn im Preis inbegriffen, zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Vermieter.

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und man muss Nichts missen. Am schönsten ist natürlich die direkte Seesicht vom Balkon, an dem man frühstücken kann.
Bodman-Ludwigshafen ist nicht ganz so bekannt wie manch andere Gemeinde am Bodensee, aber dafür mindestens genauso schön und nicht so überlaufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

Matratze sind total durchgelegen und einseitig abfallend.
Sauberkeit ungenügend:
Fugen in Dusche sehen schlimm aus
Lüftung im Bad muss gereinigt werden (Staub ohne Ende)
Besteckkasten in Küche voller Krümel
Die weisse Leder Couch lädt nicht zum Sitzen ein.
Beleuchtung im Bad, von 8 Glühlampen funktionieren genau 4. In der Primärlampe gerade einmal 1 von 4.
Die Küche ist sehr dunkel und lädt nicht zum Kochen o.ä. ein.
Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter, sodass wir wirklich nur zum Schlafen dort waren.
