Widok z ganku na góry i duży stół oraz zadaszenie. Nawet w czasie deszczu można siedzieć na zewnątrz.
Chata potrzebuje liftingu . Część lampek nie działa, w brodziku nie spływa woda . Ogród zaniedbany . Duże łóżko w sypialni potrzebuje podparcia na środku.
