About this house rental
You’ll love my place because of the back yard with privacy fence. My place is good for business travelers and big groups. We provide a desk for working as well as a wireless printer/copier/scanner. My place is close to the city center, 3.7 miles to the ‘Cheyenne Depot Plaza’, 0.4 miles to the Greenway jogging and bike path, 0.2 miles to a playground at United Nations Park. Walmart Supercenter is 1.6 miles away. A strip mall is 0.6 miles away.

The size suited our needs. Good location. Had all the necessities we needed. The mattresses need to be updated for better comfort.

Does not accommodate 8 adults very comfortably. Only one room had a queen size bed, all others were doubles. Only mirrors in master bedroom. 4 adults having to share a single bathroom was a bit much. Needed outdoor lighting to sit outside, not just the flood lights. The outdoor steps were not user friendly. Very awkward and easy to slip off of. Railing next to steps was loose. Not near enough towels for everyone to use even once. No mat to step out of shower, slick floor. There was a travel trailer sitting in the driveway with the slide out, made for tight parking with 8 guests. Not recommended.

We stayed for a long weekend over state softball. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!!

Everything as advertised. Home was over supplied with all amenities and much more. The kitchen w as s supplied with an amazing coffee selection and treats.Will look for another opportunity to visit this home in the future. Thank you the Elsberrys...
