About this apartment rental
The apartment, furnished with taste and great attention, is situated right on the shore, in a beautiful location between the natural reserve of the river 'Irminio' and the small fishing village Donnalucata. The very wide sandy beach is just 450 meters away and within walking distance. Also shopping facilities are easily reachable on foot.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two family house with separate entrance, car port in the courtyard, garden with sea views. It consists of two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x double bed + 1 single bed), 2 shower rooms, a living / dining room with kitchen (open space). There are a total of 5 sleeps (no sofa beds!). 2 - 3 persons can, if desired, book only 1 bedroom / 1 bath. Please ask for this option, the price would be reduced in this case.
The house is new, fully air-conditioned and has a satellite receiver and internet connection (WiFi), washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, bicycles. On request, canoes and windsurfing.
The sea can be enjoyed throughout the year, especially for windsurfing, canoeing or sailing, as well as for romantic walks, jogging or just for a swim! Moreover, Scicli, Ragusa, Modica, Noto and Siracusa are a must for fans of baroque architecture. These cities and their surroundings have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
All guests are personally welcomed by the owner. We always try to mediate the love and passion for Sicily. We want to show our guests a Sicily full of colors, flavors, nature and art..

Spent 10 days in Donnalucata and loved this place. From getting there and being welcomed by dinner and a selection of Sicilian sweets and beers Fabia was so welcoming and very helpful.
The apartment was well stocked very cosy - really good value. Thank you Fabia.

Appartement que nous avons beaucoup apprécié! Très agréable, lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de gout, très fonctionnel pour les vacances, face à la mer (dont il est séparé par une route). Les équipements sont en excellents états, entièrement climatisé, ventilation au plafond dans le salon, deux chambres et deux salles de bains, parking fermé, terrasse avec table extérieure, et douche extérieure est très utile pour les retours de plage, à laquelle on peut se rendre à pied. Centre de Donnalucata accessible à pied, ou en vélo qui nous ont été prêtés par notre hôte! Et atout indéniable, l'excellent accueil qui nous a été fait par Fabia, que nous remercions de sa gentillesse et de sa disponibilité, des très utiles explications données sur les villes, et restaurants des alentours. Un adresse à recommander!
