About this house rental
Escape to VillaRosa, a spacious beachfront retreat ideal for family vacations, reunions, weddings, retreats, and unforgettable group getaways. Blending timeless Caribbean elegance with thoughtful modern updates, the villa features warm wooden furnishings, expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, a private pool, multiple gazebos, and a newly refreshed rooftop lounge with hammocks and a unique outdoor sleeping area with mosquito-net canopies for tropical evenings under the stars.
The third floor serves as a private retreat featuring the luxurious primary suite with a beautifully tiled bathroom and a distinctive open-air beach-style shower experience. Guests can also enjoy a movie room, pool table, modern kitchen, spacious gathering areas, updated BBQ grilling area, sand volleyball court, and flexible sleeping arrangements designed for large groups and multigenerational stays.
Car is highly recommended to get to the house and get around.
Refunds are not available, but you can change the dates anytime within 1 year of your original booking.
We are a self-catering property, and our goal is to keep costs low while offering you a beautiful, comfortable place to enjoy your vacation.

Laundry detergent (HE only) and fabric softener, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath soap, Body lotion, Toothpaste, Other personal toiletries, Additional toilet paper, Additional paper towels, Additional trash bags.
1. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
2. AFTER SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN OR POOL, USE THE OUTSIDE SHOWER TO RINSE OFF THE SAND.
3. DO NOT TAKE BATH TOWELS TO THE BEACH.
4. DO NOT TAKE DISHES, CUTLERY, OR STEMWARE TO THE BEACH.
5. TURN OFF THE LIGHTS WHEN YOU LEAVE A ROOM.
6. TURN OFF ALL A/C UNITS WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE FOR THE DAY.
7. NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR NEARS THE DOORS AND WINDOWS. DISPOSE OF BUTT PROPERLY.
8. NO PETS OF ANY SIZE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISION.
9. TO AVOID ANTS, DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUT AND PLEASE PUT ALL TRASH IN THE CLOSED CONTAINER IN THE KITCHEN.
10. FEEL FREE TO USE THE LIBRARY OR LEAVE A BOOK BUT DO NOT TAKE OUR BOOKS WHEN YOU LEAVE.
11. MAKE SURE THE FRONT GATE IS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES TO KEEP OUT STRAY ANIMALS.
12. DO NOT FEED ANY ANIMALS, AND DO NOT LET THEM INSIDE THE HOUSE.
13. A $350.00 RE-KEY FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF ALL KEYS ARE NOT RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE.
14. KEEP THE DOORS SHUT TO KEEP THE HOUSE COOL AND INSECTS OUT.
15. PLEASE PLACE ALL USED DISHES AND UTENSILS IN THE DISHWASHER AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

A truly amazing property! Large rooms, wonderful first floor with direct ocean views and the roar of the ocean. Surfers in front of the house every day. A whale in the distance. Not a swimming beach but almost a mile walk in either direction with soft, deep sand. Pros: the large rooms, ocean front, the back deck, plenty of room for everyone, near great beaches, food and bar. Property is not pristine. It’s a bit tired in spots, but it is a Great Beach House.

The House was a perfect layout for our group. It provides plenty of space for larger groups. We had three families with two babysitters and every family had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house was clean when we arrived. The location is really cool also, out side of the major city, but close enough to visit other locations like San Juan, Aguadilla, and Arecibo wich is only 15min away. Plenty of cool beach restaurants with in minutes of the house also.

Our stay at Villa Rosa was amazing!!!! The house was super nice, welcoming, charming and spacious. It was great for our group of 13. The kitchen was lovely and made a perfect spot to cook our Thanksgiving feast. Myrtle (host) and Tata (property manager) were both great to deal with start to finish. The location couldn’t be better as the house is right on an uncrowded beautiful white sand beach. Five stars all the way start to finish!! We can’t wait to visit this amazing property again for our next family reunion!
