Located just 1 minute from the shores of Siesta Key Beach and 3 minutes to the lively heart of Siesta Key Village, this side of the home is ideal for guests who want convenience, comfort, and a beachy atmosphere all in one.

This unit is on the right side of the duplex and features a fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept living area, and 4 HDTVs with streaming to keep everyone entertained. Head upstairs to rest in any of the three inviting bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite bath.
Outside, take advantage of the semi-private heated pool, shared with Sea Esta, where loungers and tropical landscaping offer a resort-style experience. Fire up the gas grill for dinner, or head into the Village for seafood, cocktails, and live music—all just a few blocks away.

We absolutely loved our stay & first time at Siesta Key Beach! This rental was the most well stocked we’ve ever stayed at. The booster seat & kids silverware were very helpful with our youngest. The only thing we would recommend to future guests is to bring bug spray as we got mosquito bites every day & night from right outside the door to the beach. Overall this beach is in our top 3 favorites.

We had a great time on our trip to Siesta Key. The beach is gorgeous and clean. Don’t miss the beautiful sunsets only steps away and the exceptional restaurants in Siesta Village! We totally enjoyed our stay in Sea la View. The unit is clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. The semi private pool is totally awesome too…
