Appartement très bien situé avec grande terrasse. Proche de la plage. Dommage que la parking se trouve dans une autre résidence à 150m. Je réserve souvent tous les 3 ans..

Logement qui nécessiterait peut-être un rafraîchissement mais qui est vraiment idéalement située et fait oublier tout le reste.

L'appartement est bien situé mais très mal insonorisé dans une zone bruyante. L'intérieur est vétuste et pas entrenu. L'étendage de la terrasse en dit long.
