About this apartment rental
Enjoy our as good as new 1.5 room apartment for 2 people and a great south-west balcony with a view over the Blue Wonder, the Körnerplatz, the Elbe meadows and the Elbe castles on the inner city of Dresden. The functional interior of the architect's house from 2010 with a large hillside garden is bright and offers a great base, relaxed, quiet and sunny to enjoy Dresden. The Körnerplatz, which is close to the foot, offers all the shopping options for self-catering that you can enjoy on the balcony - or you can go out and visit interesting shops (including Cafes, CD shops, book stores, handicrafts, galleries - everything is open on Sundays!) or start your city tour. You live and enjoy Dresden independently and individually and reach your apartment via a separate entrance with an access bridge. Find out more on our homepage www. v46. de

We deeply enjoyed our stay at this gem property. It’s comfortably outside of the bustle, parking wasn’t bad, and the neighborhood and area across the bridge were fun to walk and explore. Lovely house, everything was great. The number of locks at apartment door, building, and gate was a little hard to keep track of, but having a physical key helped.

This beautiful, modern, clean apartment is the only place we will ever stay when in Dresden. We now consider this our "second home". It has an excellent location, magnificent view of the Elbe, and contemporary styling.
But above all of that, the owners are kind, friendly, and responsive. Any questions are quickly answered and a couple of minor problems were fixed promptly. They even added extra storage for our extended stay at our request. The garden is beautiful and well maintained and we were even given some of the fruit from the trees last autumn.
Dinner on the balcony is a delight. The apartment is equally well suited for a romantic weekend getaway, a business trip, or an extended stay.
Be aware that if you have mobility issues, there are over 40 stairs down from the street to the entrance. But if that is not a problem for you, you will be very pleased with your stay here.
