Charming country house in a quiet area of Mallorca, Sa Vela de Son Puig, offers privacy and security in a fenced plot, perfect for families with children. The private 6.5x10m swimming pool and included pool towels ensure fun and comfort.
Ideal house for relaxing and natural vacations with family or friends with a fully equipped open kitchen, bright living room with TV and comfortable sofas, 2 bathrooms, one of them exterior, and cold/heat air conditioning throughout the house for maximum comfort. Two bedrooms with double beds and sunny and shaded corners on the terrace with a Mediterranean touch invite relaxation.
The terraces have a chill out area with a hammock under the shade of the trees to enjoy outdoors while preparing delicious grilled meals on the splendid barbecue and enjoy them at one of its large outdoor tables.
Not far from the farm there is a horse club, which offers horseback rides for all levels. The cozy town of Sa Pobla, with its summer festivals, bars, restaurants and the Mallorcan market every Sunday is only 4 km away. Paradise for bathers, the beautiful beach of Muro with its turquoise water is only 7 kilometers from the farm where you will also find leisure areas.
Garage for the car and fenced plot without direct neighbors guarantee tranquility and security during your stay.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub. Der Zaun zum Pool war perfekt für einen Urlaub mit zwei Kleinkindern. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und die Kinder hatten einen riesen Spaß im Pool.

Beautiful scenery and a great base for exploring the island. The property is very secure and we were pleased it was possible to fully gate off the pool so our toddler couldn’t wander. Pool is brilliant and very well kept. Communication with the agent was also quick, easy and any issues were resolved pretty much immediately. Thanks a lot

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, schön ruhig und ländlich gelegen. Wir haben als Familie eine ganz tolle Woche verbracht. Super gelegen für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel.

Finca wie erwartet in der „Pampa“ gelegen, mit schönem, durch Tore abgesicherten Pool, der allerdings stets von Insekten befreit werden muss, da keine Pumpe das erledigt. Küche trotz Bemängelung von Vormietern unzureichend ausgestattet (es fehlen z.B. größerere Schüssel für Salat oä, Becher für Tee oder Kakao - haben jetzt 2 gekauft und da gelassen, normale Messer waren nicht vorhanden, mit den Steakmessern war Brote schmieren eine tägliche Herausforderung und wenigstens eine Pfanne, die plan auf der Herdplatte liegt, wäre auch von Vorteil). Toaster war defekt. Kühlschrank sehr laut und im Schlafzimmer zu hören. Zweites Bad ist ein Poolbad (Dusche + WC außerhalb der Finca) und so lt Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Das Wannenbad in der Finca ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig (Silikondichtungen teils schwarz verfärbt und rostige Macken im Wannenboden). Im Aussenbereich suchte man vergebens die Palettenlounge zum Chillen sowie auch die Sitzgruppe am Pool, hier stand dafür eine Hollywoodschaukel. Die Gärtnerin erledigte die Gartenpflege rund ums Haus leider zum Zeitpunkt, als wir abends den Tag ausklingen lassen wollten. Ungestörte Privatsphäre kenne ich anders, sorry. Alles in allem ok für eine Woche, aber nicht länger und für uns sicher auch nur 1 x. Wer kein Freund von Katzen ist aufgepasst, denn hier wohnen 1-2, von denen die Weiße stets und ständig Anschluss sucht. M.K. aus NRW
