The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars.
Please pick up parking rules at guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
No motorcycle parking is allowed at this resort.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Was their for Volleyball Nationals and the house was great and we truly enjoyed staying there!!

Our vacation started with a delayed flight but the manager was more than happy to help us which is great! The house was clean and secure. The master bed was pretty comfortable but the guest bed was a little hard to sleep on. The pool was great! It wasn’t heated when we got there but after calling the office someone was out there within the hour to turn it on.
The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub worked great! The property does bud up to the parking lot and the resort pool which doesn’t allow for much privacy but that wasn’t a deal breaker. The resort pool was also nice but we didn’t use it. The playground is a little small but the kids had fun. The kids splash pad is underwhelming but once again the kids had more fun at the pool anyway.
The commute to Disney was the best part. It takes as long to drive from Disney to the house (~18 mins), Than it does to take a bud to a Disney property. We were able to come back during the day for a nap and a swim and return back to the park in the afternoon.
Overall it was a great place and we will stay there again next year.

We arrived only to find that when we went to bed that the sheets on the beds were dirty and covered in hair. We had to go get laundry soap to was the sheets before we could go to bed. Also, the pool was very dirty. We paid for heat in a pool we could not use because the pool was dirty. I emailed the management company and still have not heard back from them. The carpets are also very dirty. Nice house in a great location, but whoever cleans the propertly needs to do a better job. And, the bed bug defenders on the legs of the beds made is very uncomfotable. We checked the kids daily for bites just in case.
