A localização é excelente mas não tem estacionamento para todos os apartamentos, na verdade só para 4 carros, o forno do fogão estava estragado, o microondas está numa altura de 1,85 cm !! Perigo de virar algo quente... pessoas baixas não alcançam... só subindo em uma cadeira, no quarto do casal a porta de vidro deveria ter cortina para proteger a janela que dá acesso a ele.
