About this house rental
Here we rent out our self-used holiday home in the quiet part of Shkafane, in the Gjiri i Lalezit district.
The house is a 6-minute drive from the sandy beach.
In 5 minutes by car you can find large lakes that are ideal for a walk or lunch.
The international airport can be reached within 20 minutes by car.
The center of Durres is 25 minutes away and the capital Tirana is 40 minutes away.
The house was freshly renovated and furnished in summer 2017.
The bathroom is completely new and equipped with a rain shower and washing machine.
In the living room there are two sofa beds (180x120cm).
Both the fireplace and the air conditioning temper the living and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
As can be seen in the pictures, there is another room with two single beds. The room has just been renovated and furnished.
The holiday property is perfectly tailored to a family of 4.
The property comprises a total of 650m² on which there is a garden with fruit trees, an illuminated outdoor pool (5x3m) and a seating area with a barbecue area.
The courtyard offers enough lockable parking spaces for vehicles.

Lovely place, more rural than we'd anticipated, with everything we needed for a great week's holiday. The house and pool were both spotlessly clean. Having the privacy of the garden and pool in the hot weather was brilliant. Hosts were extremely responsive despite being remote.

Lovely house in a calm environment. Very clean on arrival. Well equipped with everything you need. Great pool, air conditioning in the bedrooms was a bonus!We had some issues finding the house so make sure you have good wifi/ or an up to date gps - which we did not have!

The Villa was lovely, providing essentials to make our stay comfortable. However, it was located out of the way to any amenities. A car is absolutely recommended for this location, as walki g to the beach is approx an hour and a half. Not much to do without a car, other tgan stay by the pool.aside from this, the Villa is worth a visit, the locals were very friendly, and the Hosts were very quick to respond to any queries we raised.
