About this apartment rental
The Sundische Wiesen - isolated from the seasonal hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst - is located between the Osterwald in the west, the Pramort on the eastern tip of the peninsula, the Baltic Sea in the north, about 300 m away, and the Bodden in the south and are the ideal starting point for Walking and cycling in the directly adjacent national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft".
The child-proven apartment "Greylag goose" is about 25 minutes by bike from the center of the Zingst lake and about 5 minutes by bike from the Baltic Sea beach. At the same time you also get to the natural bottom side.
In front of the beautiful, lovingly renovated, old brick building from the 19th century, which is already in the national park, there is a spacious meadow area suitable for barbecuing, picnicking, etc. on a meadow between two large chestnuts. Garden furniture around grill are available. There is also a swing and a sandpit for the little ones on the approximately 4,000 m natural forest and meadow land. A parking space is available free of charge.
In 2 minutes you can reach the "Schlösschen Sundische Wiese" u. a. with beer garden, children's playground and restaurant. A bike rental is also in the immediate vicinity.
In the morning and evening, fallow deer, roe deer, rabbits and wild boars visit the property every now and then. Especially in late summer / autumn, many migratory birds such as cranes, geese, etc. settle in the area.

Für Naturliebhaber/innen ist es ein ruhiger etwas abgeschiedener Ort. Nähe zur Ostsee mit steinigem Eingang ins Wasser, wer es mag. Aber kein Problem! Richtung Zingst wird es besser.
Der Aufgang zur Wohnung ist etwas sportlich, da es steil nach oben geht. Für ältere Semester und Kleinkinder mit Vorsicht zu genießen.
Mit den Ästen und hohen Bäumen vor den Fenstern fühlt man sich wie ein Eichhörnchen im Baumhaus. Also Erholung pur. Ich würde gern zu jeder Jahreszeit wieder dort wohnen!

Es hat etwas gedauert, bis die Wohnung warmgeheizt war, aber das ist im November normal. Die Wohnung liegt absolut idyllisch, bietet reichlich Platz und ist gut geschnitten. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch für Kinder gibt es genug Angebote (Spiele usw.)
Eine Anregung: vielleicht könnte die Essecke besser beleuchtet werden. Vielen Dank! Matthias Bartels

lage perfekt gesamt eindruck gut ihre logistitik muss unbedingt verbessert werden licht im treppenhaus defekt der hausmeister ist schon seid 3 jahre nicht mehr tätig!! hausnummern sind vor geraumer zeit geändert worden keine info nach dem motto fragen kostet nichts! wenn sie schon alles anonym regeln,nichts dagegen "logistik" mfg

Das Objekt ist fern ab von jedem Trubel gelegen und wer Ruhe sucht ist da genau richtig. Schlimm fand ich die unzähligen Mücken darauf waren wir nicht vorbereitet. Fliegen gitter waren in der Ausstattung angegeben aber diese waren alle sehr alt , verschmutzt und defekt. Wir konnten erst am 2.Tag selbiges besorgen alles war in der näheren Umgebung vergriffen. Die Wände sahen schon vor uns entsprechend blutig aus und weitere Flecken folgten.Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft noch nicht ferig, wir pendelten zwischen Ferienwohnung und Hotel von 16.00 Uhr bis 17.15Uhr erst dann bekamen wir den Schlüssel.
In der Beschreibung sollte vielleicht darauf hingewiesen werden das man gegen die Mücken vorsorgen sollte. Vom Vermieter erwarte ich das Fliegengitter wie angepriesen auch funktionstüchtig sind. Ein Fenster ließ sich garnicht öffnen - Wartung der Wohnung wäre schon schön man freut sich das ganze Jahr auf den Urlaub und dann stellt man fest das nichts so ist wie man es sich vorstellt.
