Very well maintained meadow view condo located in PineWild on Marla Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Tahoe. A short walk to the water's edge and 3 miles to the South Shore 24 hour casino entertainment and Heavenly Village. Clubhouse with 2 tennis courts, private beach & pier, and beautifully landscaped walking areas.
PineWild is a fabulous location on Lake Tahoe close to world class entertainment, restaurants, galleries, water sports, hiking, biking, skiing, tennis, golf, etc.
Please no pets and no smoking! NO REFUNDS for "inability to arrive" due to weather or road conditions.
Max occupancy: 8 people including children.
Please note, this unit is located in a condo association, so please abide by the rules and be a good neighbor. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. There is one assigned parking space for this rental unit. Guest spaces are limited, on a first-come, first-served basis if available. If available, only one guest space may be used up to 48 hours. Renters must check in with the HOA office to obtain a valid parking pass. Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Les Spear. Contact information to be provided upon booking.
