28km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 5,7 km. Apartment in plank-built semi-detached house in a quiet location, built in 1992.
Bedroom 1: 2 beds, bedroom 2: 2 beds and bunk bed, combined living room/kitchen: convertible sofa for two, electric sauna.
The kitchen with appliances and the living room furniture were renewed in the fall of 2025.

ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-01-10 - 2026-12-18)
