Casa Dono Il Lago (Bronze Award winner look 2015) lies in Pognana Lario, a perfect opportunity for all activities on Lake Como. In and around the apartment (garden, balcony and terrace) with stunning views of Lake Como.

Casa Dono il Lago has a living room and two bedrooms. The size of the apartment, as well as the number of bedrooms is the apartment for up to 4 people.
Living room
The living room has a sitting area, dining table and an open kitchen. For those cold evenings a wood burning stove. The decor is simple but offers all the modern amenities. In the living room couch and ottoman can be converted to sleep two more people.
The kitchen has a small kitchenette with sink, stove (electric pit burners and oven) and fridge / freezer.
Bedroom I
The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Through the large windows you have a wonderful view over the lake.
Bedroom II
The second Bedroom is next to the garden and can only be reached via an outside staircase and the garden. If you are, with this feeling, this is not a problem because there are 2 sofa beds in the living room

The bathroom is renovated Q4 2015th
Terrace, balcony and garden
Enjoy the outdoors on the balcony, Terrasses or relax in the private garden. From anywhere you have a view over the lake and enjoy the good life on the Lago di Como.
ACCESSIBILITY Pognana Lario
The village of Pognana Lario is located on the eastern side of the left leg of the lake. The village offers all amenities including a supermarket (grocery store), a restaurant (with Meridiana), bars etc. within walking distance. The nearby villages (including Torno, Blevio) offer additional facilities (eg a bank) and a wide selection of restaurants.
Pognana Lario is located between Como and Bellagio. Both places are within half an hour by car, bus or boat. Thus, it is an ideal base for visiting the tourist resorts on Lake Como, by water or on the road around the lake.
ACCESSIBILITY FLAT
The apartment is located in the historic village (village) of Pognana Lario is removed; a hamlet is by car, which means that you do not come to the door with the car reach. Sometimes be uncomfortable, but very authentic and guaranteed to be a true Italian feeling! From the communal parking space is a 5 minute walk into the apartment. The paved path rises slightly, and then there are two steps to reach the apartment. It's all very well, but remember.

Die Wohnung war viel besser als unsere Erwartung!
Es geht zwar ca. 400 Treppenstufen runter zum See, aber dafür liegt die Wohnung außerhalb aller Touristenströme. Das weitere Schlafzimmer ist unterhalb der Wohnung, unsere Kinder liebten es, einen eigenen Bereich zu haben. Das Dorf ist fantastisch, wie aus dem Mittelalter.
