It was our first visit to Sanibel Island and we loved it. The beaches loaded with shells, the local shops and restaurants - all great. The unit was a little older than I realized but it had been updated pretty good.

This property was perfect for my family of five! Loved how quiet and well maintained the condo and grounds were. I was worried the walk to the beach would be really long but it wasn’t bad at all. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The smart tv was great to log into our Netflix account. The sofa was super comfy too! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and plates to cook if you want. The grounds were well kept and generally quiet. Be forewarned the afternoon adult swim at 4 pm can really put a damper on your kiddos swim time.... we really wished it was at 5 pm to suit our schedule.
We had a few issues with the elevator malfunctioning but a call to the number listed by the elevator found it resolved the next day.
We would stay here again.
