The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.
Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

The beach view was spectacular, during our stay there where some cloudy, windy afternoons, and we were able to sit comfortably on the lanai and read our books as if we were on the beach, but we were protected from the wind. The pool area is absolutely lovely, with many different spots to set up for relaxation. They had chairs set on the beach for the resort. Easy location for groceries, a short walk to Coconut Marketplace and many spots to eat. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

This unit definitely is a gym, beautiful views off all three balconies even in the unit gem just use out the water. Thank you for sharing your lovely place. Lots of whale spouts one giant whale in mid air.

The Waipouli Beach Resort Penthouse Oceanfront Jewel – “A” Building is an outstanding place to stay on Kauai.The oceanfront views are incredible. From the lanai you get wide, unobstructed panoramas of the Pacific and beautiful sunrises each morning. Being in the A Building truly gives you a prime vantage point.The condo itself was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The layout works great, the furnishings are high quality, and everything felt clean and ready for guests. It had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and easy stay.The location is also a big plus. It’s centrally located and just a short drive to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and shops in Kapaa and nearby areas, making it very convenient without feeling crowded.Outstanding views, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic central location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Needs maintenance wasn’t happy with condition of unit. Carpet dirty turned your socks brown, bedding was worn pillows needed replacing would not rent A 406 again
