Die Villa Cecilia ist ganz hervorragend für einen entspannten Familienurlaub (mit kl. Hund) geeignet und bietet eine unvergleichliche Aussicht, von der man ansonsten nur träumen kann. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und absolut ausreichend; die leistungsstarke Klimaanlage-, der abgeschlossene Garten und die herrliche Terasse bieten sehr guten Komfort.

La experiencia en la casa fue muy buena. Tiene muy buenas vistas y una terraza fantástica. El mobiliario es bastante antiguo y no muy bonito, pero la relación calidad precio estuvo bien y cumplió las expectativas. La casa está situada bastante arriba del pueblo y hay bastantes curvas que la separan de la zona del pueblo. En cualquier caso, para viajar con amigos o parejas está genial.

Maison très bien située, vue magnifique sur toute la baie de Rosas, et très au calme. Accès un peu long et compliqué depuis le centre ville ou le bord de mer, attention pas évident à pied, il faut un véhicule. Heureusement place de stationnement privative juste au pied de la maison dans une cour fermée. Donc bel emplacement (c'est la vue qui nous avait séduit) mais l'équipement de la maison est vraiment vieillot et usé. Les lits et matelas sont assez inconfortables. Attention aucun moyen de chauffage, même pas un convecteur électrique pour tempérer, un matin on avait à peine 17 degrés pour déjeuner au salon ! Donc ne pas louer en mi saison. La propreté à l'arrivée était approximative, on a tenté d'utiliser l'aspirateur, horreur on a vite éteint tellement il sent mauvais. Donc des points sont à revoir, sinon ça pourrait être une petite maison très agréable. A noter : on est arrivé le dimanche le bureau Interhome étant fermé on avait été prévenu pour récupérer la clé dans le coffre, cela n'a pas posé de problème particulier. Mais on a du repasser au bureau Interhome pour rendre la clé, ce qui fait qu'on a vu personne sur place dans la maison, ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. On a reçu aucun accueil touristique ou conseil de visites ou autres, absolument aucune documentation dans la maison, ce serait facile à prévoir.
