• Top Floor Condo: This is a top-floor unit with 24 steps and no elevator. Please review the provided picture of the steps.
• Minimum Stay: A 2-month minimum stay is required. Extensions can be available after March.
• Background Checks: Background checks are required for all adult guests, as mandated by the Circle Tree condominiums manager. (Note: Canadian and international guests from abroad are exempt.)
• HOA Compliance: We cannot rent to individuals with felonies or drug-related misdemeanors. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKINGS if background checks reveal any felonies or drug-related misdemeanors for ANY of the adults staying at the condo.

This is a translation of the review below which we have left in Russian. This is not a first time we have stayed in this great condo (we are a family of 3 with 3 year old boy). We would recommend it to anybody. It does have a convenient location and close to everything (it seems that everything is within 10 minutes by car). There is a number of various pools (for both adults and kids) available in this apartment complex. It's always clean and quite there. The apartment itself is also clean and cozy: two bedrooms with exceptionally convenient beds and pillows. Two bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you might need. Vicki (apartment owner) is very friendly and always ready to help you out. So Thank you Vicki and Bruce. We hope to say at you location again. Vadim & Natalia

Уже не в первый раз останавливаемся здесь. Очень удобное расположение комплекса, все необходимые магазины в непосредственной близости, на территории комплекса большое количество разнообразных бассейнов, в том числе, детских, всегда спокойно и очень чисто. Сама квартира тоже чистая и уютная, две спальни с исключительно удобными кроватями и подушками, два санузла, вся бытовая техника высшего качества и в идеальном состоянии. Кухня оснащена абсолютно всем необходимым, вплоть до огромного выбора специй.... останавливались вдвоём с мужем, приезжали сюда с трехлетним ребёнком - здесь всегда было комфортно. Хозяйка квартиры - Вики - приятна в общении, всегда очень дружелюбна и готова помочь. За это ей отдельное спасибо!!! Думаю, мы ещё неоднократно остановимся здесь.....

I stayed in this condo for 5 months. It was a very quiet complex, very comfortable, close to all conveniences, and met all of my needs. Vicki was wonderful to work with and made sure I had everything I needed. She resolved any maintenance issues immediately, usually within the hour. I highly recommend this condo.

Our stay at your condo proved to be a very delightful experience; the property was clean, well-maintained and had all the amenities, plus extras to make our holiday an enjoyable one. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and relatives as we are sure they would not be disappointed..Thanks Vicki for all your help.
