About this cottage rental
Near the tiny village of Bellegarde in the Gers is this typical Gascony farm with separate gite having views of the Pyrenees and surrounding countryside. Set in 22 acres of rolling farmland and woods the Farmhouse Gite has 2 bedrooms for up to 5 people, large shower room, a living room/dining room with wood burning stove, HD TV, Blu-Ray dvd/cd player, wi-fi internet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, private gardens, covered terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swimming pool.
The pool is shared with our small campsite. The pool is available from June to September.

Well equipped gite with the benefits of a small camping: a bar, evenings with live music and a nice swimming pool. The direct surroundings were a bit quiet, we went to Toulouse and Auch (Thursday market) which was both nice but a little drive away.

Gîte fonctionnel malgré une salle à manger-salon trop petite mais compensée par l appentis extérieur où l’on peut manger à l’abri du soleil ou de la pluie. Le sommier d’un des lits de la petite chambre mériterait d’être changé et le nombre d’assiettes est un peu juste. Gîte situé un peu l’écart du camping où l’on peut profiter de la piscine et sans aucune nuisance sonore les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets

The Gîte is very nice, in a remote and beautiful area. It is very quiet with a wonderful view of the Pyrenees. It was spotless clean and very well equipped. It is located at the end a of the campsite, but as there is an extra driveway to the house you basically don’t even realize the other guests. Our kids loved the pool...they more or less had it for themselves, as school in France started again while we were there. The friendly owners live next door and are always there, if you have questions or need some information.
We had a wonderful time and maybe will be back sometime again.
