About this apartment rental
The studio apartment is located mountainside of Gordon’s Bay and has a separate entrance. It is furnished according to European standards and the view from the perfect hillside is spectacular with a sea view over the entire False Bay and on Table Mountain, Devils Peak. The panorama is accompanied by the view of the sandy bay of Gordon’s Bay, the Sunset Beach and the old and new harbor.
The studio apartment is about 40m ² in size and absolutely quiet. The kitchen lounge is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The bedroom has a new box spring double bed and the bathroom has 2 natural light windows and has a shower and a toilet. The living area has a comfortable seating area and access to the balcony with a sea view. The balcony is equipped with balcony furniture and invites you to a romantic sundowner at nightly, spectacular sunset. The South African wine can be seen e.g. B. in the wine-growing areas after a wine tasting in Stellenbosch / Franschhoek or Paarl, all of which are easy to reach by car, choose and shop. The apartment extends over the upper house level to the sea side and has its own entrance with a small terrace in front of the house. If desired, vehicles can be safely parked in directly in front of the entrance. VPN-capable high-speed WiFi is available in the house. The two beaches Bikini Beach and Sunset Beach can be reached on foot in 10 or 3 minutes by car. This also applies to the old marina and the beach promenade in the village with numerous restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars. A variety of shops, supermarkets and petrol stations are on site and can be reached quickly and easily.
As a cozy fishing village of Cape Town, Gordon’s Bay is the most relaxing base for exploring the Cape region. This is where the beautiful panoramic road along the whale coast to Betty's Bay with its penguins begins and you can reach Hermanus in 60 minutes. The hustle and bustle of Cape Town can be reached in about 50 minutes by car via the N2. The first wineries of Somerset West can be reached in 15 minutes and Stellenbosch in 30 minutes. For passionate golfers, there are a variety of beautiful and nearby golf courses. The trip to the Cape of Good Hope leads along the long beaches of Muizenberg through beautiful dunes. Ideal is the connection from Gordon’s Bay to the airport in 40 minutes - easy to find even after a long flight, or to calculate well for the departure via the fast motorway connection. The house is secured with an alarm and connected to a security guard.

Kleines Appartement mit zweckmäßige Ausstattung zur Selbstversorgung und tollem Meerblick. Britta, die Eigentümerin, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir durften den Swimmingpool und die Liegen benutzen. Unser Auto parken wir direkt vor dem Eingang zum Anwesen.

Comfortable small bedsit in a great location and with good views of False Bay and Table Mountain. Britta was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and sympathy for the very gusty winds that we experienced. We did not venture to the small pool, as the weather was sadly not conducive but we did pick the best day to go up Table Mountain and had crystal clear views. Visits to Cape point and Stellenbosch were also much enjoyed. Generally very good value for money.

Super schöne Lage mit fantastischem Blick auf die False Bay.
Die Wohnung diente uns als "Basis" für viele schöne Touren in die Umgebung . Unternehmungen in die Weinregionen von Stellenbosch, Franschhoek und Paarl konnte man ideal von Gordon´s Bay aus starten. Die sehr nette, kompetente Vermieterin hatte immer hervorragende Tipps parat, die wir gerne angenommen haben.
