Decorated very tastefully and lovingly Studio invites you to relax and give a touch of romance. The color matched exactly living / bedroom has a comfortable double bed with side table, TV-sideboard and wardrobe and is equipped with light laminate flooring. The integrated living room / bedroom sitting area features a sofa and chair and table. The new and modern pantry incl. Dishwasher with dining area offers everything needed for self-sufficiency. From the entrance hall you enter the bathroom with shower and toilet and the small storage room. The south-facing terrace offers 2 comfortable chairs with a table, where you can enjoy cozy evenings with your partner.
On the back of the building there is a living unit for associated parking space. In lockable shed Community bicycles can be parked.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Buchung und die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und auch in der Sauberkeit nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr gut fand ich auch die Fliegengitter im Fenster und der Terrassentür. Restaurants, Bäcker sind in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Zur Ostsee und auch zum Bodden braucht man ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus. Die Markierung sollte genau eingehalten werden. Mit größeren Fahrzeugen sehr eng.

Gemietete oder eigene Fahrräder können in einem Schuppen sicher untergebracht werden. In der Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht; auf der Terrasse lässt es sich schön frühstücken oder einfach relaxen.

Eine kleine, jedoch toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, im Zentrum von Zingst. Die kleine Terasse daran lädt zum Frühstück ein, das Doppelbett ist recht bequem, Dusche und kleine Küche sind vorhanden. Insgesamt perfekt für zwei Leute.
