Fantastic holiday

Fantastic holiday

We stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks with 4 kids (ages 4 - 9). The house is exactly as it is described. The pictures show the reality, so no hidden disadvantages. The house is very big and has al the modern comfort you need for a perfect holiday. The house is located on the Pierre & Vacances domain, but is on the outisde of the domain, so it is in a very quiet neighbourhood an dead end street. Because it was 35°C for 2 weeks it would have been an advantage if we could use the garage for our car. But as the garage is not listed in the property description, this is more a tip for the owners.

Great villa!

Great villa!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the villa and each time has been great. The villa was exceptionally clean, modern, bright and has everything you need. An added bonus is that the kitchen was also stocked with the basics (ie, salt/peppa/oil/sugar etc..) The heated pool came in very useful on our previous visit when the weather was a little cooler. The owners are very pleasant to deal with and most helpful. The villa is well located in Pont Royal, being very close to the golf driving range. A car for the area is advised. Would definitely recommend.

Das Haus ist groß und gut aufgeteilt. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach gereinigt und der Rasen wurde gemäht. Es sind Badetücher vorhanden und Waschlappen, keine Handtücher. Kaffeebecher könnten mehr vorhanden sein. Betten sind in Ordnung. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Tres belle maison mais pas très propre et problèmes d'évacuation d'eau notamment evier cuisine et lavabos salle de bains très bonne literie accueil très charmant mais sans plus piscine nettoyée deux fois par semaines ok mais sans respect du jardinier qui est passé peu après le nettoyage sans faire attention et tte la pelouse était dans la pelouse pourtant il aurait pu fermer le volet bon je m'arrête là il y aurait encore plein de choses a dire mais ce n'est qu'une maison de vacances pour une semaine mais pour le prix que ca coute enfin passons

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très agréable à vivre. La maison est située dans un domaine très joli, et bien entretenu, autour du golf, donc avec une belle vue sur le fairway du golf, au calme. La piscine est sécurisée, avec un volet électrique, et une barrière autour du coin à manger à l'extérieur, ce qui était parfait pour nos enfants de 3 et 4,5 ans. La maison est conforme à la description avec une belle suite parentale au rez-de-chaussée, et 3 chambres à l'étage. La piscine n'est pas très très grande, mais était suffisante pour nous 4 (2 adultes, 2 enfants). La cuisine est grande, et particulièrement agréable donnant sur le coin extérieur à l'ombre, agréable pour les déjeuners et dîners en été. De nombreux transats extérieurs très appréciables autour de la piscine. Seul bémol : le canapé de jardin, et qqs fauteuils de jardin étaient abîmés. Globalement nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison bien aménagée, avec des services de qualité: entretien de la piscine 2 à 3 fois par semaine, et du jardin 1 fois par semaine. Nous avons apprécié cette villa confortable, bien située et au calme. La climatisation et la piscine sont particulièrement agréables au mois d août.

Sejour très agréable. Belle maison très bien agencée et bien exposée au soleil. Pièce fraicheur très appréciée. Endroit trés calme. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Pont Royal. Nous y retournerons avec nos enfants et petits enfants.

Superbe prestation

Superbe prestation

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, la maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par prestation, la terrassse "fraicheur" semble toute petite sur les photos ce qui n'est pas le cas. De plus, l'entourage de cette terrase permet d'être serein lorsqu'on a des enfants en bas age. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Notre seul regret : n'avoir loué qu'une semaine.
