Très pratique pour accès à la mer, propre, piste cyclable ou footing le long de la plage très apprécié. sympa. Un peu minimaliste sur l'équipement de cuisine.

Abbiamo soggiorno le ultime due settimane di agosto presso un trilocale Dell hotel excelsior e residenze. Il personale è sempre stato cordiale e disponibile a risolvere ogni minimo inconveniente (sostituzione frigorifero, riparazione impianto di ventilazione del bagno). Gli appartamenti sono arredati in stile minimalista e le stoviglie sono davvero contate. Fondamentale la presenza della lavastoviglie e del condizionatore, negativa la mancanza di una lavatrice all'interno dell'appartamento tanto da dover portare i propri indumenti sporchi in una lavanderia a gettoni. Nel complesso giudizio positivo, appartamento pulito e nel prezzo era compreso anche un cambio lenzuola e asciugamani a distanza di una settimana dal nostro arrivo. Grande pecca la posizione svantaggiosa della struttura a ridosso della statale SS 16, ovviamente trafficatissima. Quando mangiavamo sul terrazzo sembrava di trovarsi in pieno centro di una grande città Nell ora di punta. Se vi aspettate la vista mare rimarrete delusi. Funzionale il sottopasso che portava direttamente in spiaggia e sulla pista ciclabile. Gelida l acqua della piscina anche se gradito il servizio di sorveglianza soprattutto in presenza di bambini. Consiglio di noleggiare ombrellone e lettini in spiaggia presso la reception tra l altro ad un prezzo invitante (, 50 euro a settimana a famiglia). Buona anche la presenza del mini club per intrattenere I bambini in spiaggia e dopo cena. Per vacanze in famiglia senza troppe pretese privilegiando la comodità.

Für 6 Personen definitiv zu klein, 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten 1 Regal wo Fernseher drauf ist und zwei Einzelne Schränke ohne Ablagen, nur zum hängen 1 Raum mit 1 Einzelbett, 1 Stuhl und 1 Schreibtisch (kein Spiegel!, kein Schrank) In der Küche 1 aufgeklappt Schlafsofa(1,40 cm) Klimaanlage nicht einzeln regulierbar, Das waren die härtesten Matratzen auf denen ich geschlafen habe (fast nicht möglich). Nur im Bad 1 Spiegel, sonst nirgends, Bei 6 Personen hätte 1 Bett gefehlt
