summer rates for June July August is $21,000 per month. Negotiable for multiple months. May is cheaper so is September October. Lets talk about it.

We recently stayed at this property with two other couples (no kids). The posting is very acurately. It's not the biggest house but has a nice den and living area. The downstairs was recently renovated. Dining room table can fit 4-6 people. Nice deck with hot tub in the back yard. One bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom and small kitchen (studio set up). Upstairs has two bedrooms, with the master significantly bigger than the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed. The owner keeps another room closed off.
The house is one house away from the beach and easily walkable. We had great weather and went on lots of walks. Neighborhood is very quiet. There is no parking on the street and the driveway easily holds two cars.
Overall, everything was as expected and the homeowner was extremely easy to deal with. Would recommend.
