Great air con, nice room and a good deep pool.
The staff are the properties main asset - nothing within there control was to much - front desk manned 24hrs
The pool area was tired and needs areas of maintenance.

The staff that were there were wonderful and attentive - they did a great job. Two rooms were booked for this stay. The One Bedroom Deluxe Pool Villa was spacious inside with great space to hang clothes and store luggage. Good size bed and bathroom; good sized outdoor area to seat at least 4 people. The free breakfast and juice that was provided was tasty.
The One Bedroom Plunge Pool Villa was disappointing as there was no space to store luggage and nowhere to hang/store clothes, so my in-laws had to use the limited seating area/space near the kitchenette to live out of their suitcases for 6 days. This type of room maybe more suitable for 1 or 2 adults travelling with limited clothes/stuff - definitely not suitable for 2 adults with normal sized suitcases. Also, there was no dryer as advertised. The pool was nice enough, however there was debris in the pool from pieces of the wood panelling that had fallen in & not sure if the pool filter was working either.
