Panorama Hotel is an excellent choice if you are staying in St Helens - the facilities are excellent and the hotel is maintained to a high standard.
The staff were accomodating and arranged upgraded room for a small fee too.
The restaurant has a wonderful outlook over the inlet and although too cold and wet for us - I could imagine sitting on the deck in summer with a cold beer would be great. We dined for both dinner and breakfast and could not fault the food

Absolutely loved our stay! Wonderful newly renovated room with large comfortable bed and stunning view even with the rain!
Didn’t like the out dated bathroom with the big rain head in old shower, made showering awkward and reduced shower pressure!

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The shower was great.
The price was high. It was noisy. There was a big gap around the top and side of the door that let light in. The toilet paper was thin. The shared balcony on the main level that had a view was covered in cob webs.
