Very confortable and the bath was phenomenal

Location, access, facilities

The property is conveniently located close to the tram, making it easy to get around. The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. The TV was large, and Wi-Fi was included, which was a great bonus. The apartment was also well-equipped with a microwave, toaster, and other kitchen essentials, making it convenient if you prefer to prepare or enjoy meals in the apartment. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.

The property is a little older than I expected, and some of the furniture is noticeably worn. However, everything was still functional and usable. I’m not sure if this is common in Queensland, but we noticed that whenever we left food in the pantry, cockroaches would appear. It may be worth having the property treated for pests. In the meantime, I’d recommend not storing food in the pantry. Unfortunately, the coffee machine had not been cleaned properly. I found a small cockroach inside the water container, which was quite unpleasant. The coffee capsules were also not provided, which was disappointing. I’m generally not someone who is easily disgusted, but this genuinely surprised me. I think the cleaner should have ensured the coffee machine was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.

We were expecting 5 star accommodation .I It was very dated. Had not been cleaned. In one draw I found used ear buds covered in wax and a pregnancy test kit .
