繁華街に近く食事や買い物に困らない。 周辺道路は狭いけど無料駐車場があるのがありがたい。 洗濯も洗剤が置いてあり自由に使える。 アメニティが１階入り口に置いてあり自由に使えて、ゴミ箱も各階に備えてあるから部屋に溜まらず快適。
生活音がまぁまぁ聞こえる。 冷蔵庫がもう少し大きいと助かる。

市街地に近いので、歩いて動くこともできた。たまたま宮古島まつりがあったが、それも歩いて行けたし、花火も近くで見ることができた。スーパーもまぁまぁ近かった。といっても、それはレンタカーを使ってだが。 洗濯が無料なのもポイントが高く、タオルも玄関にあったので、使い勝手が良かった。 あとは、キーの充電が少なくて怖かったが、連絡したら15分ほどできてくれて安心できた。
となりの部屋の音が聞こえたのが気になった。無料で洗濯できたのはありがたかったが、干すハンガーなどが少なすぎて、直に紐にかける感じになり、結果的に干せる量が少なくなった。

洗濯機、乾燥機が入り口付にそれぞれ2台だけかと思ったら 奥にもたくさんあった。 全体的には綺麗に清掃されていた。
玄関を入ったすぐの鏡が 上から下までカビだらけでゾッとした。 ハンガーやタオル掛けがもっとあると快適に過ごせた。
