Asunnon siijainti on loistava, lähellä rantaa ja rantakadun palveluita. Asunto oli tilava isolle porukalle ja mukavan viileä. Näkymät oli upeat. Majoittaja on ystävällinen ja reagoi watsupin välityksellä nopeasti.
Toisen kylpyhuoneen suihkun viemäri ei vetänyt hyvin, minkä vuoksi suihkussa käynti oli haasteellista. Viemäristä tuli välillä myös pahaa hajua. Kylpyhuoneiden ilmanvaihto oli heikko, ne olivat kosteat koko ajan. Rantavaatteiden ja pyyhkeiden kuivattaminen oli haasteellista, koska niille ei ollut ripustuspaikkaa.
