Welcome to Ruka, Kuusamo, where the beautiful landscapes of Lake Konttainen await you! This log villa is perfect for families and groups of friends who wish to enjoy the tranquility of nature. The lakeshore is just 50 meters away, featuring a shallow, firm sandy bottom ideal for water activities. Plus, a private boat is available for you, so the secrets of the lake are just a row away!
Built in 2004, the villa offers comfort and space. In the combined kitchen/living room, you can prepare delicious meals, and the bedroom with a double bed ensures peaceful sleep. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with two single beds and a loft with a sofa bed for additional space. Relax in the sauna, and the air source heat pump maintains a comfortable indoor temperature, adjusted remotely by the owner according to your preferences.
The cabin is equipped with all modern conveniences: a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor charcoal grill. Pets are also welcome, so bring your furry friends along for the adventure!
