The detached holiday home, built in 2002, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is covered and leads over an internal stair directly in the kitchen living with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 30 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. American kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and Air conditioner.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking in carport. 2 parking spaces are available.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Garten. Leider ist die Einrichtung etwas abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Mariafürdö ist ein langer, mal von der Bahn abgesehen, ruhiger Ort. Preis-Leistung ist i. O.
