Hübsche, gepflegte Wohnung mit neuer Einrichtung, etwas kleinem Bad und Traumblick über die Bucht vom schönen Balkon. Technik funktioniert einwandfrei, WLan nicht vorhanden. Übergabe schnell und freundlich.
Vier Stockwerke sind ohne Fahrstuhl zu überwinden, der Fahrradraum ist wegen gestapelter alter Möbel und "Fahrradleichen" nicht nutzbar, Mülltrennung ist nicht erkennbar.
Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Objekt kommt im Internet deutlich besser an bezüglich der Sauberkeit ( Bad), Modernität. Das Bad ist sehr abgenutzt, starke Kalkablagerungen in der Dusche / Waschbecken.
Die Wohnung war beim Eintreffen sehr kühl, die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht ausreichend.
Im Wohnraum lag Sand auf dem Boden.
Das Positive der Wohnung war die Lage, direkt an der Ostsee. meiner Meinung nach war die Wohnung zu teuer!
