Für uns eine gute und zu empfehlende Unterkunft in Top Lage. 50m zum Hundestrand und jede menge Spielplätze schnell mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreichbar!

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand.

Die Lage ist natürlich sehr gut, mit (etwas eingeschränktem) Blick auf das Meer.
Dadurch ist der Preis auch eher gehoben, weshalb man zumindest auch Topzustand erwarten sollte. Dieser ist im Detail aber eher mäßig.
Die Duschstange ist kurz vor dem abfallen. Eine Sideboardtüre konnte ich gerade noch mit einem Schraubenzieher retten, Unterschiedliche Türklinken sind auch nicht schön oder ein Billigstnudelsieb, was schon bei einem Pfund Nudeln nachgibt. Und warum zum Teufel ersetzt man nicht eine uralte mit Pflaster zudammen geklebte TV Fernbedienung? 12€ bei ebay.
Und, bei aller Liebe, das Mini-2-Flammenkochfeld ist auch etwas beschwerlich...
Auch nicht jedermanns Sache sind die relativ schmalen Betten.
Und bei dem Preis für die Endreinigung wäre aus dieser Hinsicht auch noch Luft nach oben...
Übligens, das zeitweise laute Brummen aus dem Keller gibt es immer noch.
Und Baltic Appartmens könnten sich bezüglich Kundenorientierung auch noch etwas optimieren...
