About this house rental
Holiday house with pool (125m²) with a view of the picturesque olive groves and the sea at Porto Maurizio. It is sunny on a hilltop on the edge of the village with a beautiful view, for 4-6 people, spacious living room, 1 bathroom with corner bath, 1 small shower room, 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 open fireplaces, large terrace with el. Awning from € 999.00 / week for 6 people. Excellent equipment: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, fully automatic espresso machine, 5-burner stove, electric grill, toaster etc.
From April 2020, all bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is an outdoor kitchen by the pool, with a fridge, grill, dishes, glasses and cutlery.
Description of the object: The old stone farmhouse on a hillside terrace with a wonderful panoramic view. 5 room apartment which extends over 3 levels, 2 bathrooms z. T. in natural stone. Living room connected by an arch to the fitted kitchen. Large living room furnished with high quality furniture, 3 bedrooms, one of them with its own shower room. Floor heating in all rooms, 2 fireplaces, large roof terrace with electric awning. On the hillside terrace below the pool 7.5x2.5 m, paved garden with oranges, limes, cypresses and cedars. Access up to 45m to the house possible.
Location description: The house is located in the hinterland of Imperia. Near Dolcedo. It lies on the edge of the village and has an unobstructed view. A look into the olive groves, mountains and to the sea. The place is above Prelá.
In Prela and Dolcedo there are shops for daily needs, bars and restaurants.
It is about 12 km to Imperia and the sea with the beaches, a 15-20 minute drive.
Imperia can now be reached quickly and inexpensively. It is around 100 km from Genoa and Nice airports. It is 25 km to San Remo and 60 km to Monte Carlo.
The area is famous for its balanced climate. Winters are mild, there is hardly any snow and summers are not as hot as those in Tuscany or southern Italy.

Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen. Die Ruhe, die schöne Wohnung, den kleinen, aber feinen Pool, den fantastischen Ausblick, die gute Ausstattung, die tolle Terrasse mit dem freien Blick, ... Das der sehr angenehme Vermieter im Haus wohnt, hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Sehr nette und informative Gespräche über das Haus und die Gegend fanden statt. Viiiiielen Dank. Gerne wieder!!!

Tolles Haus mit schöner Einrichtung. Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort in einer Bergregion oberhalb von Imperia. Schön zum wandern und für Ausflüge geeignet. Landschaftlich sehr schön. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Nachdem wir schon im Frühjahr 2017 das Haus mit seiner geschmackvollen Einrichtung und hervorragender Ausstattung geniessen konnten, haben wir das Haus zu Jahreswechsel gebucht.
Das Haus war gut geheizt und die zwei Kamine verbreiteten eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre zu Sylvester. das Wetter hat uns auch nicht enttäuscht.
Der Gastgeber hat uns wieder viele tolle Tips gegeben und wir haben auf seine Empfehlung das Neue Jahr in San Lorenzo am Strand mit großem Feuer begrüßt.
Nicht zuletzt konnten wir einige Flaschen seines neuen Olivenöls mitnehmen. Es ist köstlich
im nächsten Herbst kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Familie N. F.
