About this apartment rental
You can enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Phoenix Orange Beach which opened in April, 2019. This corner unit has almost 2000 square feet with floor to ceiling windows and a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf, which is also accessible directly from the master bedroom.
The unit has been professionally decorated and furnished with top-end linens and bathroom towels. The open-concept kitchen has been stocked with everything needed should you have serious cooks in your family. Counter seating, a large dining room table, and an outdoor table provide plenty of dining options for your group. In the unfortunate case of a rainy day, you can make use of the 65 inch TV in the living room area, Blue-Ray player, a variety of board games and puzzles. The unit also features washer, dryer, cable TV and free wifi. The condo is located on the fourth floor and parking is on the same level. Your group can enjoy their time away with the many amenities on the property, including easy beach access, lazy river with water slide, indoor/outdoor pools, kiddie pool, lighted tennis court, hot tubs, fitness room and barbeque grills. You will enjoy your stay at the newest condo building on the beach!
Parking passes and resort wristbands are purchased at check-in and are $65 for an unlimited stay, per car. You can purchase 3 passes during the summer. If spaces are available, additional passes can be purchased. The passes are sold through the building management, not by the owner.
Should you need more room to accommodate a larger family, you can inquire about our 3-bedroom unit next door.

The unit itself was as described. however, our stay wasn’t 5 stars because of the customer service. The day before our stay they changed our room from 401 to 501 due to a water leak and it had the same floor plan. Charlie was quick at responding & answered all of my questions with this matter. During our stay we had problems with security- first not allowing the kids to slide on the slide with their puddle jumpers on so we had to buy different floaties, then security made us get out of the pool to get wrist bands (we checked in late and got in the pool before the front desk opened), then told us one of our umbrellas were too big and had to be taken down (we made sure to not bring tents because of prior stays in the area). Then they left a paper on our door about our small blow up pool being a fire hazard in the wide open space in the hall yet their house keeping cart (way larger than the pool) stayed right in front of our door for 3 days straight in our way for getting beach stuff in and out of the condo (how’s that not a fire hazard?). Our washer and dryer weren’t working in the unit and they sent maintenance to work on it yet they needed parts to fix it so we were told to “make do with it and ask for more towels/wash cloths” however we never received any even with texting our rep Charlie who otherwise had good communication. We paid a lot of money and expected more understanding during the stay. Security is too over the top and not having clean towels wasn’t great either!

The location and convenience to restaurants was wonderful. The unit was located on the same level as the parking garage which saved time and made us feel safer with toddlers. The unit was also large enough that our group of 8 adults and 4 small children had adequate space without feeling overcrowded. Charlie, the property manager was also great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Our family all agrees that this is by far the best place we have stayed in the last 20 years going on beach vacations!

The owner did a beautiful job decorating this unit and it was a relaxing, cozy place to spend time when we were indoors there. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen (with the exception of the oven which did not maintain its internal temperature).. The biggest drawback to the trip was the location of the condo unit. The building is very closely situated to several other large condo buildings. The beach in front of our condo was extremely crowded which meant someone from our group had to go down to the beach around 7am each morning to put out our chairs. We had never stayed in a condo before (usually we rent our own house) so we were not prepared for how crowded the beach was. Groups are very close together (extra scary during COVID times!) which means you can hear everyone's music and are almost on top of the people next to you. So just be prepared for more of a "party" atmosphere if you stay at this condo building!
