About this house rental
• Available July and August for minimum of 7 nights Sat. to Saturday.
Enjoy the sunrises from this beachfront 4 bedroom, 1 & ¾ bathroom beach house. Ocean front from my back door to the beach. It is that simple. Enjoy boating, kayaking and breathtaking ocean views from the back yard on the beach. This beautiful, 2000+/- sq. foot, spacious beachfront home is perfect for an extended family or two small families.
Fish on the beach in front of the house which is only steps off the back deck. Walk on the beach and collect sea shells. Enjoy the ocean breezes and great sunrises from your own private living room or on the lawn that is just a few feet before the beach. Think a little slice of the Caribbean in Maine.
Walk less than 15 minutes to dinner or down the beach to the pier. Plenty of activities in Old Orchard Beach, Saco Drive-In, Funtown Splash Town, Aquaboggen, and many other attractions all within a few miles of the house. Enjoy the Big City, Portland, and over 30 Golf Courses all within 15 miles. The house offers Hi Speed WiFi and a 55 inch TV with Roku! Enjoy fresh cooked dinner on the outdoor grill located on the covered porch, available for everyday use in dry or wet weather.
Accommodations are: 1 King size bed- 2 Queen size beds and 2 Twins. Up stairs is a full bath with tub and down stairs bathroom with a shower. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

We have previously only lent / Rent the house to people we knew, while we have gone sailing. This winter we have renovated the interior and have decided to extend the rental use of the house. Although we go sailing sometimes....other times we live nearby and come by the home to meet all the guests. We hope you will enjoy this house as much as we do.

Check in was painless, owner very friendly and accommodating to our needs, the view and location is priceless. Beach is your backyard . Strong WiFi signals. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a Maine style meal. Has plenty utensils, pots and pans. Be aware though, shower only is downstairs- a bit small. Has outside shower which is larger. House is old and floors creak, but worth putting up with for the location and view. Love the corner back porch.

Great rental, listing accurate. Owner provides a detailed informational packet that describes everything, including “how-to” for the household appliances, tips and local attractions and much more. House is on the beach, beautiful sunrises. The trolley stops nearby if you want to ride instead of walking or driving to local places. Sheila’s is just a short walk. Great family location, low key and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Steven was a great host and has the perfect OOB home that I enjoyed with my family. Plenty of space and ideal location with direct and easy access to the beach! The description is spot on and we cannot wait to stay again. As mentioned in the description, one standup shower and one bathtub in doors and an outdoor shower. Adding a shower to the tub would be ideal but the outdoor shower helps! All of this is fully disclosed. We also wish dedicated shelves space in kitchen versus mixing with some of owners own supplies. But plenty of counter space to keep it organized. Overall we couldn’t have been happier and there were no surprises here.
