The Space:

Queen Vic is a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath Soundfront home set on a private, landscaped lot with direct views of the Long Island Sound. The property feels tucked away and quiet, with water visible from multiple rooms and outdoor areas.



Main Living Level

The main level features an open layout with a large kitchen, dining area, and living room oriented toward the Sound. Stained glass windows throughout the home add character and natural light. This level opens to a Sound-facing deck with seating and outdoor dining.



Bedrooms

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms: one king with a sofa bed, two queens, one double, and a bunk room with two bunk beds. Full bathroom access is available on each sleeping level, with 3.5 bathrooms total.



Outdoor Space

The property includes two decks, a ground-level outdoor seating area, and a hot and cold outdoor shower. Kayaks and paddleboards are included for guest use. Lush greenery surrounds the home, creating a private and enclosed feel. The Sound is just steps away, with nearby access to fishing and a playground along the beach.

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

This place is truly a gem . I cannot recommend this house enough. The sunsets and sunrises are truly incredible. The town of Wading River is so charming, and so close to a lot of places. We spent the day in the Hamptons and Sag Harbor, which isn't too far away. We have five 13-year-old boys and 4 moms with us, and they had so much fun at the house, especially with the ping pong table! The few concerns we had were acknowledged and received well by the owner. They were super kind, receptive, friendly, and quick to respond. I look forward to coming back again soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is quite nice, but the beach is very stony. The main rooms were open and spacious, but most of the bedrooms were cramped (other than the large bedroom upstairs). In fact, one of the "bedrooms" was really a laundry room with a bed squeezed into it! The bathrooms could use renovating, as they were old and a bit dingy. The property managers were very helpful and brought some extra lamps and towels, which we appreciated. The outdoor shower was a nice feature, as well as the abundance of toys for the kiddies.
