About this house rental
The vacation home Florida is located in the lake-rich Småland. The house is located on Lake Hönshyltfjorden, which is connected to the well-known Lake Åsnen via the Mörrumsån (river). Due to its west bank location, wonderful sunsets are not uncommon. The spacious grounds (large lawn for playing and lingering as well as a separate sauna right next to the sun terrace) end right on the water. The aluminum rowing boat (Linder 400) included in the price invites to beautiful boat tours and fishing. A depth map of the lake is available.
On the ground floor of the holiday home is the kitchen (the kitchen also has a wood stove), the bathroom, the living and dining area and a bedroom with a double bed. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor. There are a total of 6 beds in the house (see floor plan; bed dimensions see under 'Equipment'; bed linen can be booked for a fee).
German satellite TV and Swedish television, as well as radio with USB connection. WLAN can be booked for a fee (see under 'Equipment')
There is an outside sink on the terrace for cleaning fish.
The village 'Ryd' can be reached on foot via two small pedestrian bridges in about 10 - 15 minutes.
It is easy to fish from the bridges. a. following fish:
Pike, perch, white fish, zander and eel
You can get the fishing license required for fishing from us. Currently.

The house was renovated and refurnished over the winter months of 2015/2016. It has been rented since Easter 2016.

Das Ferienhaus Florida ist idyllisch gelegen, direkt am Wasser in einem Wald. Das Aluruderboot und das zusätzliche Kanu konnten wir Dank einer Woche Sonnenschein sehr viel nutzen. Besonders haben wir die Ruhe dort genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Couchen und einem großen Esstisch. Die Küche ist mit vielen Sachen ausgestattet, die notwendigen Lebensmittel kann man in einem Supermarkt in der Nähe kaufen ( zu Fuß über 2 Brücken 15 Minuten) , welcher täglich bis 21 Uhr geöffnet ist, auch feiertags. Die Kommunikation mit Immo war sehr gut. Wir sagen noch mal vielen lieben Dank und kommen gerne wieder!!

Ein sauberes und perfekt eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Seht netter und zuvorkommende Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Kann man nur weiter enpfehlen

Sehr gutes Haus, in top Lage mit schnellem Zugang zum Wasser. Auch im schmuddeligen Februarwetter eine Reise wert.
