On the outskirts, 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the lake, in the countryside. In the house: reception, lounge, lift, roof terrace, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road extra. Shop 1.1 km, grocery 1.1 km, restaurant, café 80 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Linie 3 + 4" 50 m, railway station "Locarno SBB-CFF" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 50 m, thermal baths "Termali & Salini" 80 m, public bathing area 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 400 m, minigolf 2 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. The property's lawn and garden area were kept very tidy, the apartment was very clean, and it served our needs for the week. We spent a lot of time sight seeing, so we didn't spend too much time lounging at the apartment. I would rent it, again, when coming back to Locarno! The Interhome team was exceptionally kind, as well. A top notch experience!

Die Wohnung mit seinem Sitzplatz ist super und mann fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Einrichtung in Küche und Sitzplatz konnte mann schon einmal ein bisschen erneuern. Aber es geht auch so sehr gut. Sind auf jeden Fall zufrieden gewessen. Kommen wieder.

Me hospedé en este pequeño y muy cómodo apartamento en Locarno, frente al Lido. Excelente ubicación. El servicio, la limpieza, el orden y la calidad de las cosas era tal cual lo descripto en el sitio de alquiler. Estoy muy contento. Lugar ideal para unas vacaciones solo o en pareja. Tiene un jardín en la planta baja muy bien cuidado. Es silencioso y limpio. Volveré sin lugar a dudas. Diría que solo falta WIFI para que sea perfecto. Gracias.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber funktional und gut eingerichtet. Top Lage direkt beim Lido am See, mit schönem Sitzplatz. Sehr empfehlenswert, für 1-2 Personen.
