Close to cycling, swimming, and more, this smoke-free cottage brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 7-minute walk to Antica Cantina Sant'Amico, or easily tackle the 20-minute drive to Theater La Fenice Senigallia.

After you return to this 807-sq-ft cottage, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the hot tub; you may also like the garden and porch or lanai. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

The house is located on a hill between the vineyards and has a terrace with a stunning view. The surrounding garden is also very beautiful. Francesca and Giovanni did there best when they rebuild an old pig stall "La Cochonnière", the interior has a lot of tasteful details. It's not far from the sea and there is a pool which the owners did not used during our stay. A holiday to remember and a place to go back to!
