About this cottage rental

Close to cycling, swimming, and more, this smoke-free cottage brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 7-minute walk to Antica Cantina Sant'Amico, or easily tackle the 20-minute drive to Theater La Fenice Senigallia.

After you return to this 807-sq-ft cottage, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the hot tub; you may also like the garden and porch or lanai. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. The house is located on a hill between the vineyards and has a terrace with a stunning view. The surrounding garden is also very beautiful. Francesca and Giovanni did there best when they rebuild an old pig stall "La Cochonnière", the interior has a lot of tasteful details. It's not far from the sea and there is a pool which the owners did not used during our stay. A holiday to remember and a place to go back to!
