About this house rental
This house was newly built in 2015 with the latest furnishings, offering our guests all the comforts they need for a relaxing vacation. The 2300-sq. ft. floor area is divided between a spacious living and dining area, an open-plan kitchen with modern electric appliances, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. In addition, there is the den, with a library and office, where you can also sit back and relax to read a book with a nice glass of wine. Of course, there is also a flatscreen TV, landline telephone, and fast Wi-Fi internet in the house. The lovely private pool and terrace enjoys a view of the lake and has a table, 6 chairs, and a gas grill. It is rounded out by a screen that protects against insects. The terrace is partially covered, meaning you can enjoy the sun and shade at any time of the day. Our guests can also use the clubhouse with a lounge, library, fitness centre, wading pool, grill, and picnic area.

Very nice house, good location and neighborhood and the host is very organized. Instructions for check in, check out and staying were tremendous. Ulrike was fantastic. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a great time at the house, Naples and surrounding area. The house was clean, had all the necessary kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrella. It was a quiet neighborhood with pretty landscaping and friendly neighbors like Dave who was available for assistance and questions. (We ran out of gas for the bbq and he gave us a new tank).
We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area.
We would like to come back very soon.

We got to the house where the keypad on the lock didn’t work, probably just the batteries need replacing but that was a bit of a scare. Thankfully, the garage door opener can be opened using the same code so getting into the house was not an issue. When we got into the house, we quickly saw that it was not cleaned, called the owners who were great. The owners connected with the cleaning person who then contacted me, somehow the schedule for the cleaning person’s calendar got messed up and she didn’t clean the house for our arrival. It was late so she ended up coming in the morning, cleaned the house and all was good. It was our luck however that a few days later the AC stopped working, but again the owner was fantastic, got a repair company out the same day and they fixed the issue. Overall, a few small hiccups but great owners so we had a great time.

We've used VRBO over a dozen times and this was our best experience. House and owner were great and we had a uniquely wonderful experience with the community. Neighbors treated us like guests instead of renters. Friendly and helpful.
