About this villa rental
This stunning villa is situated one kilometre from the perched medieval village of Flayosc in the department of the Var. 90kms from Nice Airport and 130kms from Marseille Airport. The village has 8+ restaurants, and also has shops and bars. With lovely gardens, a large shady dining terrace and uninterrupted views this roomy villa offers a large family or two or three families holidaying together a charming peaceful retreat yet within walking distance of a lively, typical Provençal village.
This property has all the modern facilities including recent installation of air conditioning. It has an A energy rating offering comfortable temperatures all year round. There is a large living room fully furnished with three couches and a pool table. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The king (160 cm bed) has an en suite shower room with wc and doors leading onto the terrace with views to the pool beyond. There is also a twin room.
On the first floor are a further four bedrooms comprising of two kings (160 cm beds) and two twins. There is a shower room, a separate WC and another bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.
There is ample storage in all six bedrooms with wardrobes and bedside cabinets with reading lights. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided at no extra charge.
The 10x5m heated salt water pool is new and is surrounded by a lovely terrace with sun loungers. Adjacent is a small cabanon equipped with games - great for the children when it is hot outside. There is also a Boules court and table tennis table to keep children entertained.
Just outside the main living area is a large shady terrace with dining table and gas-fired Weber barbecue.
Set in over 4000 m2 of land the property is in a peaceful yet not isolated position and offers great opportunities for children to explore in security. There is plenty of parking in the grounds which are gated.
The villa is suited to family groups rather than large parties of adults. In winter months it is suited to a max of 8 people due to indoor dining. Please enquire before requesting to book.
