It is comfortable and cozy furnishings and has a very well equipped kitchen, a large living-dining area with fireplace, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. All the equipment corresponds to the 4 star standard apartments.
The house is located in Schwarbe settlement, a district of Altenkirchen on Rügen. The complex consists of six former Holstein farms with thatched roofs. The settlement is surrounded by nature, between fields and meadows. Walk along the trail and through the forest to reach Schwarbe in 10 min walk to the Baltic Sea. The sandy beach of Bakenberg and the north beach are both about 3 km.
The cottage settlement Schwarbe 2 is a completely and lovingly renovated old farmhouse in a small conservation farmhouse settlement. It is able to combine the cozy atmosphere of an old farmhouse with modern facilities and comforts.
Schwarbe settlement is harmoniously integrated with unique flora and fauna in a fascinating and beautiful landscape. Here families find rest and relaxation, but also nature lovers and individualists come at their expense.
The house is located on a 7000 sqm and open property with meadow, trees, shrubs and flower beds. The apartments on the ground floor of a terrace at the house that apartments upstairs spacious sitting areas on the spacious grounds. For all, there are children's play areas, swing, climbing poles, barbecue grills, and a Finnish sauna on the premises. Each apartment has a parking available. The house has six apartments of different sizes, four apartments for 2-4 persons and two apartments for 4-6 persons. Das Haus steht ganz im Norden von Rügen. Man kann an tolle Strände und auch toll Fahrrad fahren. Zu den großen Orten Sellin etc. Sind es nur 45 min mit dem Auto.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Die Lage unweit vom Kap Arkona ist zauberhaft. Super für Fahrradfahrer. Noch schöner wären saubere Fenster gewesen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in bester traumhaftester Lage. Vielen Dank und wir kommen segr gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist recht gemütlich, die Lage ruhig und idyllisch, der Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hausmeisterehepaar haben wir nur am Anfang kurz zu Gesicht bekommen. Wünschenswert wären uns noch ein paar Infos gewesen, die Infomappe lag irgendwo unter dem Couchtisch. Das Holz für den Ofen muss man sich selbst besorgen, bzw kann man das bei dem Hausmeisterehepaar erwerben. Dass die Sauna extra kostet, hätte ich gerne im Vorfeld gewusst. Die Lampe im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung war defekt, weitere kleine Reparaturen wären nötig. Die vielen Spinnweben könnte man noch als Deko durchgehen lassen, doch die Fenster hätten geputzt sein können, wo doch die Abendsonne so schön in die Räume scheint. Unseren Kindern hat es sehr gefallen, allerdings mussten wir sie ständig zum leise machen anhalten, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Das Außengelände ist toll, schön weitläufig, ein paar mehr Spielgeräte für Kinder wären noch perfekt gewesen. Alles in allem war es wirklich schön und erholsam unter dem Reeddach, von dem aus wir öfter den Sonnenaufgang sehen konnten!
