Anna ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Zusätzlich war eine Waschmaschine vor Ort, was sehr gut war. Die Zimmer waren trotz den hohen Außentemperaturen schön kühl und zusätzlich gab es noch Ventilatoren. Die kleine Küche war gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder 😀

Anna, the hostess showed exceptional communication skills. She gave us clear directions to the property and took some time off work to meet us. She kept us informed on what was going on in Venice and how to get around. She is a real example of hostess. I give her 10/10 !!! The apartment is comfortable and clean, with cooking facilities.
Very small and basic TV (great when chilling out after busy days out of around 20000 steps). Far too soft pillows.

Sicuramente l’appartamento ha un’ottima posizione per poter raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi angolo di Venezia. C’è tutto quello che serve e ha letti comodi. Quando tornerò a Venezia sarà sicuramente la mia scelta.
La casa potrebbe ricevere qualche manutenzione in più, proprio a voler trovare qualcosa.

it was more out of the way then what we expected which we should have researched more. it has everything you need, However unfortunately not to good for asthma allergies even though it was super clean
