This beautifully restored town house is very quiet on the edge of the Mallorcan village of Es Llombards and near the town of Santanyi, where they can enjoy every Wednesday and Saturday the colorful market and experience. In the typical bars and restaurants, the Majorcan life takes place. Numerous shops in the surrounding area invite you to stroll and linger. The sandy beaches of the island's most scenic beaches of Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyi and the romantic Ficherdörfchen Cala Figuera are also only about 10 minutes away by car. In a few minutes drive from the famous beach of Es Trenc with its crystal clear water.

If you're looking for some serene sites, and a nice quaint location, this is your home. We suggest having a car, so you can access all the beautiful beaches in the vicinity. The owner is very kind, and will do as much as she can to accommodate you.

This extraordinary Finca can simply be recommended for a perfect stay with the Family in the vicinity of Santanyi. It is located in a quiet part of Es Llombards and perfectly suitable for one that seeks relaxation without renouncing infrastructure of a village. Restaurants and supermarkets are not far away. The beautiful house is clean and all daily needed equipment is available, even a wine fridge. Exactly as described. The communication with the vendor was also perfectly possible in English and also in German.

Everthing was very clean, the house is well maintained and equiped. We, especially the kids, very much enjoyed the garden and the pool. All in all we had really good time.
