Hospitable owner. Located in central Tucson. Walking distance to restaurants (Sandwiches, Fried Chicken, Chinese, Thai, Mediterranean, Ramen, etc), Starbuck, Whole Food, Walgreen, Bookman, 4 mins walk to bus stop, Himmel Library and Himmel park. Washer/Dryer in unit. Non-smokers please.

BlenElm guest house worked well for my quick weekend stay. It is conveniently located to the university and a 20 minute walk away. Restaurants and shops were not far for a quick drive. It was quiet and private. I enjoyed the accommodations especially the comfortable bed and heating unit. It got cold the two nights I was there. Nice big tv and coffeemaker. Sponsor was kind enough to greet me when I arrived. I recommend some floor rugs for safety and warmth on cool nights and early mornings. I would stay again!

Comfortable bed, lots of hot water in bathroom and kitchen, two independent heat & air units, great location for biking and walking. Host was very helpful.

Check-in was smooth. The landlord are very kind and helpful. The place is confortable (bed, bathroom), etc) and would be perfect if additional storage could be available (for long stay). The neighborhood is perfect with many stores/restaurants around.

I was visiting my son at the University of Arizona and it was the perfect place to stay. It’s about a 30 minute walk to campus and a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. I will definitely return!
