The terrace on the living room is about 50 m² and offers a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains, a barbecue grill is available on the terrace. The living area is generously designed and also has a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) The spacious, bright bedroom has a large box spring double bed (200 x 200 cm). The marble bathroom has a large rain shower. The kitchen is also high quality and offers all electrical appliances and kitchen utensils including a Nespresso coffee machine. With this penthouse much emphasis was placed on the smallest details and it has been furnished with attention to detail.
Therefore, you also have 50 inch TV in the living room and bedroom. A separate satellite network ensures the reception of all German TV channels.
