CABIN CORNER two bunk beds of 90 with window BATHROOM with shower and sink and washing machine. Separate WC Pets are allowed. .
Private ski locker in closed basement for 1 car
CONVENIENCES: For travel, a free and regular shuttle service provides connections across La Clusaz and inter-stations with Le Grand Bornand. Bus stop within 100m / Center of the station 3 kms.
ASSETS: At the foot of the slopes of the Balme and Fernuy mountains. Easy movement by shuttle. Comfortable and functional apartment.
ACTIVITIES: Skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, paragliding, simply contemplating the landscape and resting.

Eric and his wife were very communicative and welcoming. They met us at the property to make sure we were comfortable and show us around the apartment. The also met us promptly for check out. The apartment was excellently located, less than 200m from The Balme and Fernuy gondola lifts which made skiing very comfortable! The bus also stopped here making it super easy to get into the village. The place was very well equipped, with everything we could possibly need including a raclette machine!! The outdoor space was just superb and meant we could enjoy our own aprés on the terrace watching the sunset over the mountains.We stayed with our dog and there were some great walking routes nearby which meant we could easily walk to the lake (Les Confin) where there are some amazing restaurants. Cannot recommend this place more, and will definitely be returning!

Logement tres propre, bien équipés, au pied de piste ( Balme ). Rien a dire. Parfait.

L’appartement est magnifique, au calme, très propre et aux pieds des pistes. Seul petits bémols il n’y a pas de wifi et la connexion 4g est difficile et il est situé à 10 minutes environ en voiture des commerces.

Nous revenons ravis de notre semaine chez Eric. L'appartement est très confortable et décoré dans le style montagnard avec beaucoup de goût. la situation du quartier de La Balme permet d'être à la fois, prêt des remontés de ski alpin et du stade de ski de fond.
